Thanks to Clive’s tech team diagnosing my machine’s leak and instructing me to get this item to fix it, my ECM’s water dispenser no longer leaks. While I was fixing the dispenser, I decided to replace the same gasket on the steam wand too with another one of these gaskets to prevent it leaking in the near future.

Fixed the issue with my machines hot water dispenser, reasonably easy to replace.

Not an original but direct fit. Worked. Web side difficult to navigate. You have to play to get to actual part inventory. It is there but not easy to get to. Order by phone unless you do not mind paying huge $ for way overpriced shipping. My part will fit in #10 envelope and it's light. No weight. But the shipping was more than the part. I called and got $5 shipping negotiated but still to much. As a company they are great and always helpful.
