Order Pick Up

You are one step closer to your perfect morning cup! Once you receive an email confirming your gear is ready at our Portland showroom, you can book your pick-up.

Picking up your gear:

Sometimes, accessories and machines arrive at our showroom separately. If you get a notification that a partial order is ready, feel free to come grab those items to get started! If you’d rather wait and pick up your entire order all at once, just check your order status in your Clive profile or contact our team to verify everything is ready to go.

Showroom Pick-Up Hours:

To make sure we have plenty of time to get your gear loaded up, please note our schedule:

• Tuesday – Thursday: Appointments are required.
• Friday & Saturday: Walk-ins are welcome; no appointment necessary!
