I swapped out my stock (OEM) brew lever, joysticks, portafilter and tamper on my ECM Synchronika in favor of the beautiful Bubinga replacements offered by Clive Coffee. They all fit and function perfectly and feature the characteristic chrome tips of the Synchronika, looking right at home on the machine. Not a thing changes regarding the machine's utility so nobody needs this upgrade...but boy does it plus up the character and presence of the machine in your kitchen's coffee nook! Kudos as well to Clive's service. They erred (initial boo) in providing one of the two levers in walnut instead of the bubinga I ordered. One call to Clive and they immediately sent out the correct part before I even sent back the walnut piece (big yea!). That reminds me...I should do that today. Total experience was great and the upgrade is a bit pricey but highly recommended!
Well constructed. Covered spout makes it slightly more trouble to clean than the stock portafilter. The wood looks great.
Looks great, works well but I hope that the spout was positioned in the middle and not towards the back. Makes it harder to put a cup underneath it.
