Great product & even greater customer service

I ordered this regulator for my La Spaziale Dream, but the knob was locked and could not be reset to adjust the water pressure. The set pressure was at 40 psi though the machine needs 20-30 psi to avoid potential leaks. I contacted Clive and spoke with Joey Pomeroy who was very polite and remedied the issue immediately by sending out a new regulator the next day. It is now installed, working great with inlet pressure at 25 psi. I will be returning to Clive for any future needs or advice. Keep up the good work!

Sent with the incorrect fittings.

I ordered with 1/4” John guest fittings. They sent it with 3/8”. I had to go get the correct fittings. They credited me for what I spent on the correct fittings. But, they should just ship what is ordered.
